Prince William Ticket. Beatable?
However your chances of beating a bs ticket is much greater with legal council. Although is it worth $500-$800 just to beat a speeding ticket. If you have various other moving violations and think you will save that in insurance, go for it. You may find an attorney cheaper, but the more expensive and experienced ones know more people and can pull more strings.
Sadly the only reason I think you get a break with council is the fact you are putting money into "their" system. Judges used to be attorneys and attorneys aspire to be judges, all part of a good old boys club.
Yea they changed the speed limit on RT1 a month ago.. Its 35 from Dumfries onward.. Just justify when you go to court that you are used to the speed limit being 40-45.. As it is almost everywhere in Woodbridge. Ive seen tickets dropped or dismissed because of this matter..
Same on Dale Blvd.. When they were doing the construction near hoadly.. they dropped the speed limit down to 35 its always been 45. And they were writing tickets.. and people got them dismissed.. you cannot just change a speed limit and expect people to get used to it after many years of being used to the original speed limit..
