They still can send you a warning.. or have a warrent out for you car... or they'll send the ticket through the mail.. thats how photo enforced stop lights are done.... they don't give a fuck who was driving.... they send it too the person who its had it regestered... and if not that.. they will send it too your insurance company.. and raise your rate... they can get you... no matter what... it seems the best thing to do these days is to keep it under 15 over.
