This morning on I66, saw a lincoln town car in navy blue with limo tint that pulled over a car. It has the flashers in the rear windows, because the windows are so dark you wouldn't be able to see them if they wern't on.
Watch out for it before you go flying past it in northern va.

Is there a law thats says they can have limo tint but the rest of the state cant?

Technically, this "democracy" is a "republic" if you look at the definition of both terms.

Lincoln Town Car is a full size Ford-made vehicle, thus it qualifies as a possible undercover cop car.
