Why would you want to live in D.C. over Florida? I guess it depends where in Florida, but I would much rather live in Miami, Orlando, Panama City, etc. over D.C.

I used to live there too. Calvert and Wisconsin for like 5 1/2 years. That was
a few years ago though and rent wasn't too bad then. Now it's a grip! Loved
living there though..2 strip clubs, a couple of liquor stores and a bbq spot all
1/2 a block away. Damn. I miss that.
