I have a question. My insurance went up because of BS tickets for my exhaust. Did they just start putting those up on record?? If this is the case I think we are all f*cked. I get pulled overy frequently for my exhaust and if this is gonna cause my insurance to go up...I'm gonna have to dump it. Anyone have info about this???

 

i dont think your ins. went up because of exhaust tickets. they arent moving violations i dont think.

 

I didn't think insurance would go up for anything except moving violations. I know mine has never gone up for BS tickets like that before...

 

I called the insurance co. and told me it was up on their file and caused it to go up.

I've never heard of a company surcharging for such violations.

I work for an insurance company and the only non-moving violations we surcharge for are seatbelt violations IF you are in our high-risk classes.

 

What he said! I've worked for 3 Insurance companies and none of them charge or underwrite for a non moving violation. I think you have more than that or your Insurance rep is telling you that and they just don't know what the fuck they are talking about. Who do you have insurance with?

 

That's totally possible. I know I made up all kinds of shit when I was first learning and didn't know how to explain things.

sup yo? Posting so late? I shoulda called you last night when I got home. I was up til about 12:30. Then got up at 4:30 this morning. I'm dragging.

I bought a new fender yesterday for $70 from this guy in Bethesda. Just gotta get it painted and put on.
