i believe they CAN NOT give you a ticket if it is in YOUR drive way. if its on your property they can't because its private property. but if it was on the side of the ride infront of the house, thats the cities property.

Once again....this is NOT intended to stop this in neighborhoods...its for everyone going into 7-11 getting 40s and leaving the car running.

But then again...its probably "the man" trying to hold everyone down....
