well thanks, I know that trusting the people doing the work on my car is the most important thing to me by far. You never know what people do to your car when your not there. And lying to you about your own car. come on now thats just shitty. I try to be as honest as posible and alot of the time it hurts business because its not what the customer wanted to hear but id rather have no customer than a unsatisfied or pissed off one.
