Default Apartments in Fredericksburg?

Whats up everyone?

Im currently looking for an apartment in fredericksburg, va and wondering if anyone on here is currently living in an apartment in that area...

I would like your personal .02 on what you think of the place, if there is alot of noise, enough "bang" for your buck (enough space), how much rent is, utilities, good neighborhood?, the apartment complex's name...and any other info that you would be more than willing to let out.

Any and all information would be greatly appreciated!

Joe

I've looked at a bunch of places around here...my eye is on Wellington Lakes and The Belmont at Cowan.

Finding an apartment in Fburg for cheap is gonna be hard. You can rent a fullsize house for the same price as most apartments in the area. Two friends and I rent a 4bdrm/2story w/ basement house and a two car garage for $900/mo. IMO i'de go look for a house.
