Man, I don't know if any of you have had a bad experience with this place in particular, but to me they were a pain in the ASS 
to deal with ! I found them to be disorganized and a little RUDE when told them that a certain accessory was lost, and they denied the fact that it was in their hands. Which really ticked me off
and to add insult to injury the fact that the employee who attended to me there would take his guys word over mine, when I have been nothing but friendly and patient with them... In the end I got back what I was missing, but to me the way that they went about it and the fact that I had to keep on there case 
had really stressed me out when after all I'm paying them to complete a service to my liking and on my Time Table! not theirs. Anyway, any thoughts you'd like to share on the matter? Because this place was recommended to me
and because of this I'm not sure as to which business I can leave my car with in the future and TRUST that they'll do right by me.

i went to Hurleys about 2.5 yrs ago to get an alarm/remote start installed. they fucking sucked. they had the car for like 4 fucking days and jacked the price up over what i was quoted.
I'll never go to them again or recommend anyone to 'em.

A new Receiver to be but in, with an Amp + Woofer. Oh and an Alarm w/ engine disable. The thing is everything is backed up by a warranty {have it in writing
} so if anything goes wrong I'll take it back u know... But in the future if I choose to do anything else new, stereo wise I'll take my business somewhere else for sure! Like with some of the places that were mentioned in this thread.
