Let me get this strait. First off I am norm the guy in your positon thinking what a fuckin dumb ass.. Yea your right I did fuck up. I am norm the person that keeps low key and a strait guy with a minor record because of it. I've never been in any real trouble like this and try to follow the law as much as possible. So again let me get this strait. You have NEVER driven home from a friends house after having a beer or 2 right? Everyone makes mistakes and learns from them. My mistake and I have already learned from it and Im sure ill keep on learning after I go to court. Point being made is things happen and sometimes you just gotta learn from it and work through it. Next time try to be more open minded. No one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes.

 

My Rule is No Alcohol when im drivin my car. If i happen to have a Beer and i am drivin it. then i wait atleast an hour.. and i am sorry that you got a dui

You also have to realize jason that even though you DO realize how bad you fucked up, it was still really fucking stupid, and if you were on the other side of the fence youd say the same shit highpsi did, so take it for what its worth. get your self the best lawyer you can- dont be cheap your ass in on the line , literally . My boy was in the same hole last month. Arlington co, $500 lawyer. 1yr suspended license, and 18 days in jail.

i give my keys away as soon as i start a 2nd beer.. that way i can't make the mistake.. i will drive on no more than 1. Are you 21? if so, i dunno how you can get your BAC that high with only one or 2 beers.. i'm pretty sure you need 3ish or so to hit the limit in a average size person?

 

^ Exactly.. u must have drank more then 3 beers. I weigh 290lbs and i know 2 beers is the limit for me if im driving

 

This guy has it about right, but on the lawyer fees expect to pay that at the least and any more is all just on how good he is.

I got caught before they made it more strict but regardless dont expect to get it dropped to anything below DUI. Fairfax is real strict on DUI cases. They are strict as hell.

What happened with me was suspended license for a whole year, I had to go to 2 hr ASAP classes once a week for 10 weeks. And I had a 6 month suspended jail sentence. You can probably get a restricted license, i had one for job and thats it. U gotta go infront of the judge with a paper and get it approved infront of his face, its quite demeaning. LOL Other than that you should be straight.


O also with this excuse, i doubt you had 1 or 2 drinks to boost your alcohol level enough for them to take you in. I chugged like 7 or 8 beers and it was on its wear off point when i got caught and they got me at .10.

But regardless you had it coming since you didnt have any gum in your mouth, LOL
