where you get caught at, i know one in fairfax thats ok, but dui your pretty much screwed, expect your insurance to sky rocket

 

It was in sterling, I was outside regal movies gave it just a little to much gas and my car because the airfuels are off when its cold if you dont give it a good amount the car backfires and fucks up so I gave it just enough (i thought) and instead we got a lil tail happy and I over corrected and washed out. But yea shit sux. My Z is getting a new passenger fender,new headlight, and new front fascia. Fuckin sux. But yea I just wanna stay out of jail and be on probation with a suspended licence for 6 months with maybe a restricted thats all im looking for. As for insurance My company im sure will drop me and ill have to go get a stupid ass high risk plan somewhere and ill end up selling the eclipse and Z and buying a stock honda civic or accord or something just to get me around untill my record cleans up and after I buy my house or something. Gotta keep cost as low as possible im the mean time. What should I exspect to pay for a lawyer? My record isnt that bad, 1 accident that was my fault when I was 16, 2 speeding tickets both 2 years ago and this shit now.

iunno any good lawyers in L.C., but ill tell my boy has a decent record, he just got 30days in jail dropped to 4 weekends, 1 yr loss of license, no restriction allowed, has to attend class (drivers and asap) and a huge fine.

damn dude how bad was his record? my boy paid like 1,000 i think and did 1weekend and had a restricted for 6 months?

 

he only had one ticket, which was 4 yrs ago, but it was a racing ticket..but this was in FC not LC, its more chill out there

 

I'd say minimum 1000 for a lawyer, proably restricted license for one year, suspended jail sentence, and you'll attend ASAP courses for I don't know how long, plus a shitload of fines and fees. That's normally what I've seen occur for DUI for first time offenders. Expect to end up paying about 4-5k on fees though, this is a pricey mistake.
