Hey,
I got pulled over going 48 in a 30 by an Arlington Sheriff . I have a sparkling clean record, and am not even sure I was really going this speed . The officer got me by laser...I don't know what this means, but i heard its more accurate than radar. If I had meant to be speeding, I wouldn't have been caught!!! I am always on the lookout when I am going over and this guy was in clear sight so it really sucks for me!! My boyfriend told me to go to driving school before the court date, so I'm gonna do that. I just really want to keep my record clean, but its not worth paying 500 for a lawyer i don't think. Does anyone have experience with the Arlington sheriffs, or Arlington traffic court? Please let me know what I can do to get out of this. I am 21 so I don't have to worry about suspended license as far as I know. If anyone knows anything please help!!! I really appreciate it!!! driving school before the court date usually doesnt work. theyll tell you to take a court approved class after. just hire a lawyer. its usually worth it.

I would rather have a ticket then use the whore my way out of it...anyways, if tears didn't work (and i didn't cry on purpose), I think flashing him may have made things worse!

if you have a clean record the judge usually gives you a freebie...

ive been to court plenty of times for speeding tickets, and i would wait on the driving school... he may give you the option of traffic school over the ticket...

you dont need a lawyer
