got a ticket in stafford....
Hello fellow VA Driven members, I was heading up to Fairfax, Va to visit my girlfriend and on the way i got pulled over for 82/65 mph. The code is 46.2-862. I was wondering how the court system is out in Stafford, and if anyone knows any good lawyers. I know I was in the wrong, but i was hoping i can at lease get it reduced.. thanks for you help, John
his e-mail is Rghymanlaw@aol.com
my opinoin is don't watse your time or money getting a lawyer, if its your first reckless driving, then take the fine or suspension or try to get school, but the way stafford is, i dont think a lawyer is going to help you much, especially on your first reckless. It all depends on what judge you get, how he's feeling, you say you know your guilty, just eat it, your not going to jail or juvy, unless your 16 or so, you definately will lose your license. good luck with it all
Well im 20, and I only have the following: failure to obey highway sign, seatbelt violation. I figured ill just not get at ticket till the court date (augest 17th), take driver improvement class, and find a decent lawyer, and hopefully get it reduced..
try doing some comunity service too, just like 10 or 15 hours would be enough.
