There's no guarantee to what will happen when you go before the judge, but what his been suggested to you is definitely in your best interests.

It also depends on whether this is your first offense... If this is your first Drving on Suspended, then the judge will let you do it. But, if you've been caught before, They are much harsher about it. Take it from someone who knows.. oops... Oh, and if this isn't your first offense, GET A LAWYER!!!! Driving on Suspended is 5 points on your license, and you can get Jail time!!! I got 14 days for my second offense.
