Thanks for the info.

2 years ago, that's the exact same thing that happened to me. My license had been suspended by dmv 'cause I didn't have car insurance for a single day when I took myself off my parent's policy onto my own. When they say that your "tag lights are out", it's an indication that he ran your plates while he was pacing you, and it came back up suspended. I ended up clearing it up w/ DMV and when I walked to court, the judge just asked me if I had gotten my license back (which i did the day after getting pulled over). I assume you don't have court 'til either the end of the month or in mid Jan... pay it off asap. If you don't have a job, there isn't a better time to get one.... good luck man!

nothing, before court i phoned the cop, told him i got my license, then he told the judge while he was running down the scenario that i had my license in hand.

Do what Deeseetoo and Skywalker says. Deeseetoo's suggestion makes sense, I know this because my cousin went through a similar situation. He paid off everything, got his license reinstated by the DMV before his court date and when he got there and saw he had a valid license, they dropped the charges. Skywalker works for Geico so he knows his insurance shit.
