Saw the mustang on the news last night, or what's left of it, I liked those body style mustangs too....shame.

 

this accident actually happened near the burke center pkwy..i saw it on the news, the mustang was gone and so was the camaro..my condelences go out to the family of the victims, keep it on the track people!

 

So sad.....i passed by there last night there was a lot of flowers and candles and a cross there....i hope there family is getting thru it..cant imagine the pain...god bless..please be careful guys...you never have control of anything..

 

It actually happend east bound on old keene mill rd at the intersection of huntsman dr!! Coming from either direction on OKM rd, you have huge hills which block your view of oncoming turning traffic, therefore reaction time was not an avalible factor!! Adam Foote was the passenger of the 89 mustang that was involved in the accident not the driver, he is the only one listed as deceased!! It has been said that the camaro was infront and cleared the dumptruck but the mustang was not so lucky!! Sux that the passenger had to pay the consiquinces!! PPL say Adam was screaming for help due to the mass smell of fuel leaking!! When removed from the wreck everyone was under the immpression that all victums would survive, unfortunatly this could not stand true!! But condolences to Adams family.
I have seen this mustang around Springfield before and the driver is a complete immature idiot, he did not deserve that car in the first place!! 100mph on Old Keene Mill and it was the first time!!

 

I saw that on the news myself, Such a shame that the passenger is the one who suffered. Why oh why do these parents think its ok to give a kid whos prolly had a years worth of driving experience in a high horsepowered vehicle and not expect them to at the very least get some major speeding tickets, let alone causing death to themselves and to another.

He was more so making a point that alot of 17 yr olds act this way. If you say you dont do dumb shit than thats a good thing so dont take it to heart. But you have to understand that there are alot, and i mean ALOT of 17 yr olds think that they are hot shit because they are drivign around all fast with no consent to the law as well as pedestrians and other drivers. I've seen my fair share of all these high school kids that try with so much effort to push me to race, esp when i used to pick up my bro from school i would be just driving along when some dumb high schooler in there RSX/Civic/Vdubb traveling close to double the speed limit tryin so hard to get me to race.
