i have a d16y8....97 ex engine with a greddy turbo and boost controller. 10psi.

not knocking on d16 turbos at all. i have just never seen one setup the proper way before. and i've also never lost to one.

 

Any dyno figures on that setup? or 1/4?

 

the car's untuned as of now...i ran a 13.9@104mph with a 2.4 second 60' time at capital before i got the 4-puck

i honestly have no clue, but i've never been completely blown away by a turbo b-series before, although i've been beaten by many. the turbo'd hondas i've raced only pull towards their redline, where i pull all through the powerband, low and top. that's prolly why i've been able to keep up.

sorry but not everyone thinks the same, some will tell the whole world what they have and some like to keep it to themselves, so respect that.
the only reason i told you i had a d series is because one of the cars/people you were with (no names-so dont ask) told me you were a cocky bitch and would only race something that you knew was slower (another d series) cuz you think your d is almighty!

Lastly, I am running a b series at 8lbs 12:1 FMU+ Stock injectors not that it matters but just in case you wanted to know. Most importantly it was a nice run-both times. I had fun, didnt have po po chasing us so thumbs up to that.
