red944turbo, you should stop by Pitstop Performance in alexandria if you have never. they have some 944's that can rip the gravel of the street's. there also the best Porsche tuning shop on the east cost.

 

I know minh the owner and ky they both know me they do have some fast ones. But I used to go to Intersport in tyson's by vertex

 

yea, we haven't gotten together in a while. it was always fun bs'ing around and finding somewhere to run. plus, it's nice seeing some different cars every now and then.
part of the reason is cause there's not really a "songbird crew" anymore. we were threatened by the cops to not come back or we'd get tickets. wtf.

the core group of us still chill a lot though.

 

I like that the "song bird" people hahah that was always funny to me. One of the reason we havent been rolling up there too is because evertime we go up there you guys always seem to just be going home and not doing anything. But if you guys are doing something then its whatever. Let the fun begin

 

the hard part is balancing out the number of cars we have out. if 30 cars follows, then it's not nearly as fun, cause we make our own traffic. plus if there are 30 cars, some of them are bound to be ricers (like me ). but anyways...songbird just became overly exposed and too many people showed up. it went from maybe 10 of us in its prime to like 30 riced out civics and 240s doing burnouts all over the lot.

in all 100% honesty though...rex has not YET beat john. i'm not at all saying that he wouldn't beat him now, but he hasn't yet.

like john said...his car can run a 13.5 BONE STOCK. he probably has at least 60 or 70 more hp than stock, and more torque than hp.
