actually the RX-7 motor is about the cheapest to buy and mod, longevity is the key though.
13B-REW freshly rebuilt shortblock= $2100 + $250 for various gaskets and studs
Engine Porting= $300-500 depending on the port (streetport up to full on bridgeport)
Install= $1600
