Ughhh... that really sucks if he does end up going to jail for an entire year over this. I know, 140 is ridiculous.. but a year is just a bit much. I'd rather take an ass beating than spend that much time in a cell. Should have run.

anything over 90mph they automatically give 1 night in jail so he will probably get like 90days with 80 days suspended and suspended license with a hefty fine

well all i know here in virginia beach i saw a state police officer of a honda cbr with state tags and lights yesturday headed away towards 64 264 interchange i bet you he could catch him

oh i only hear thats what happens, i dont really like to push my car past 80 pwc cops write you up for anything and everything, they will give you a ticket for speeding plus exhaust lowered etc etc money hungry politicians

Dude say what you want but PWC is the most lieant cops out there compared to stafford or fairfax or alexandria they let you go for alot of stuff that most other county cops wouldnt but that just me.
