I was over on the Subaru forums, and another member who has a cousin who is a Fairfax County cop said that a WRX got pulled over on 66 last night doing 140 mph? Supposedly the person is getting one year in jail.

Anyone know who this is?

 

ouch! that cant be good. i dont see how they can already tell how much time he is getting though being it was only last night. he has to go to court and all, depending an what all he was charged with. That might just be the max time he could get. Sucks though.

 

If it was me my heart would have just sank right down through the crust of the earth because getting caught for that would fucking suck and must feel your life is over

 

if you were doin 140 and a cop is casing you why would you stop unless they got choppers on your ass thats pretty dumb i would have kept goin

I know someone who got caught doing 135, but it was about a month ago. Got caught by an undercover and got arrested. He posted bail and already got a lawyer who thinks he has a way out of it so we'll see. Oh and he had a WRX as well, but like I said it was about a month ago and was on 495 by Telegraph...

 

I doubt he'll goto jail, unless he already has a record. Bikes get pulled over doing like 140+, they get in lots of trouble but I dont ever see them going to jail. I read of a bike getting a ticket for doing215mph, thats gangsta!

 

I read that too it was the record for the fastest radared speeding ticket in CA I believe it was on a CBR1000RR

 

If he gets a trial in PWC, hes going to jail.
