Yellow = warning, they don't count for anything other than letting us keep track of stuff, i.e. other moderators can see someone sent a PM telling the user to knock it off.
You need multiple red ones in order to be banned (via infractions).

You spend a lot of time reporting the tards for us. I'm not saying it makes troll posts OK (but like anything, it's weighed out), and usually when you have made a troll post it's in a thread that I'm deleting anyway.
