Re: wrecked bikes?
if you don't mind driving 8 hours give cycle recyclers a call at (724) 774-7768, they are in Rochester, PA and have probably 500 totaled bikes, usually a dozen new sport bikes at any given time that are repairable, but buyer beware they weren't very truthful about the damage on the 750 i bought until i got there and saw it in person

Re: wrecked bikes?
everything i saw is very very cheap, there for they don't keep the same things around for long... but you just gotta watch out, it will be a good deal most likely, but if you ask them whats wrong with it on the phone they may not be truthful... in my case they took a picture of the bike's good side, and then out right lied out their ass 100% about the bike, but even if their service is shitty its hard to argue with huge selection and cheap prices

I've talked to them and they a few R1's ranging from $2500-$4500, it just depends on the damage and they do ship but you don't know what kind of damage they have either. They just told me plastic damage and you can pick up plastic on ebay.
