FUCK ME!!! just going to adrenaline powersports today... FUG it.. they'll deal with it...
nah.. NONE of it sticks out... and already tried WD40... and got laughed at :'-/
If there's enough of the bolt sticking out to get a set of pliers on I'd get a set of vice grips and give them a try. Make sure you hose the bolt down with penetrating oil or WD-40 to hopefully loosen it up a bit.

Wow, no "bring it to our shop and we can do it!" posts yet.. 
So you can't drill into it, you can't get a grip on it with vice/pliars.. are you able to make a slit across for a flathead? Despite the fact that it's recessed, a little creativity could make that possible.
I'm almost certain that someone has stolen a few misc bolts from my bike when parked somewhere. I'm pretty certain my inspection plate didn't come loose when I was riding because I check it every time I go riding to make sure it's on tight. I also have a passenger peg bolt missing, and that's going to be a bitch to replace because my powdercoater coated the head of the bolt black to match the pegs. If I replace it, it's not going to be the same, so I'm going to have to replace all of them now. Urgh!

^^^ DAMN..... bike drama....... we all have it... ....
mY PROBLEM IS FIXED THo... the guys at adrenaline powersports were really nice and competitive... (2nd time i tke my bike there) $25 later and he unstuck it and replaced my shifter nd everything.. didnt even make the line... just showed up... vry nice indeed.
