well, there;s only two of us at precision, we're both named Steve. the other Steve owns the place, and that's his number at the shop, so just tell him Metalhead sent you. (i have 8 titanium plates and 34 screws holding my skull together, so i got stuck with that nickname)
How about lowering my 05'gsxr6? How much would this cost me?

hour, maybe two. labor rate is $49 an hour. what year sv? the newer one's i believe are cartridge forks, but the older ones are damper rod forks. that'll be the deciding factor as to how much time is involved. replacing springs on a damper ror fork is alot less labor intensive.

About 2", and yes both lowered (front and back). I thought if you lower the back the front also needs to be lowered...

no if you lower the back with link the front stays the same and you dont have to loser the front and if you lower it 2 in the back you wont even be able to tell a difference in the way the front looks. it will look good though, also the kickstand should be fine at 2". my bike is lowered 4" in the rear and 3" in the front and the kickstand has been chopped and shortned.
yeh but wont this messes up the suspension by not being even or what???
