looking for Cafe racers!
The blue 1977 Yamaha RD400 in my post on page 2. Hope you didn't get all excited about the sissy bar though. I was mistaken, that was for a different bike, this one comes with a luggage rack. Let me know if you want to check it out.
The bike has been in your driveway before, Skrooz. And it can be there again, forget your court costs and such, buy this.

on a side note, one of the first bikes i EVER rode (i think i was like 7 years old, couldn't even touch the ground) was a 2 stroke 2 cylinder yami. it was an R5, not exactly like yours, but damn close.
if you can post up, or send me a few pics of that RD, i have someone that will help spread the word. he'd probably pick it up himself if he had the cash, but he knows a bunch of people that are into bikes like that. might be able to help sell it.
recently bought this cb550. hadn't run since 1983. oil, carb cleaning, clutch unseizing....now it runs. but unfortunately i ran out of money. so i'll have to wait on the tires and seat. but then its off to the dmv for antique tags!

and here is a more recent shot of the cb750. i've been driving the shit out of this thing! i'm going to dyno it soon and see what she's putting down. for a 500lb bike it moves pretty well. i'm guessing around 80whp maybe a touch more.

I apologize in advance for bringing back a dead thread, but I'm looking for a cafe bike to restore / fix. If anyone has one for sale for cheap, it would be much appreciated. Triumphs and BSA's I am especially interested in.
