Default few questions

Few questions where’s a good place to find motorcycle parts? Like plastics and stuff I have a friend who is looking for parts for his 2000 Kawasaki zx12. I’m looking for a new project and I was thinking about getting it and fixing it he said runs but needs some work. He said it needs new plastics, radiator, headlight, forks. I’m thinking the forks are going to cost out the butt let me know what you guys think get it or leave it. I got time to waste not in no real hurry to get on it and ride. just a little something to work on oh and he only wants 1200 for it.

It might go without saying but e-bay. Other than that if he's interested in brand new stuff Ronayers.com has really good prices on plastics. Also there should be a ZX-12 forum out there somewhere, check their classifieds.

They're great bikes, older but still reliable, make for a great beginner's bike.
