Oh, dont get me wrong, I feel so sorry for the family's loss. And the police should have stopped chasing wthin the city limits. Its sad to see a guy, a young guy that was serving his country at that, so me and you dont have to, die in such manner. But he didnt die because someone else, he killed himself. Running redlights is suicide.

 

Dude I was on scenafter the wreck and the trooper was talking about how he was doing 130 to 150 down rosemont rd.! Why in the hell would you chase a biker still for that strech when theirs a chopper right above him?!?! I know he made a dumb ass choice but that trooper helped in his death! And all the people that saw it happen said he tried to stop but I know that still doesn't make what he did right... But ya'll don't understand how the cops along with the troopers were acting... And to make it worse when the trooper got to him he told us that ricky looked at him and tried to get up and fell back down and the trooper did nothing to try and help him!

 

Another reason to say "Fuck the POlice", no but really, that is bad police work, they judged and labeled him as a monster criminal on site I guess

 

I think it's jacked up that not all police share the same 'terminate pursuit' policies. The trooper finally backed off pursuit due to safety reasons at lynhaven and rosemont? That's right where the crash occurred, plus they had a helicopter in pursuit?? That ain't right.
