I left my bike's power on last night. I have no clue why/how i could leave the keys in, but i did. And today it was dead I just replaced it with a battery. Fuck chargin!

jumping it w/ the engine running is definetly a bad idea... i mean theres no reason to, i've had my share of customers come in needing lots of fuses or in some cases new wiring harnesses because they jumped it with a car, first thing i ask is was the car running, and so far everytime the answer has been yes... the alternator is still working at idle, it might not hurt it every time but car running is a big no-no... i've jumped a couple bikes w/ cars and never had a problem as long as its not running

but yea getting it rolling and popping the clutch in 2nd or 3rd gear always works too
