You will need to upsize your injectors. This is one of the reasons i'm running 1000's in my sohc in hopes of E85 coming here. One thing to consider though is I hear E85 changes mixture year round. I believe they were saying its more like E70 in the winter which means the tune will need to also be adjusted at different times of the year.

 

I think it depends on location too. Right now E85 is mostly abundant in the midwest, even more so north midwest, where it gets extremely cold in the winter for much longer periods of time, where your average moron wants his car to start up quick, gotta scale the alky back. Out here I don't think they'd need to dilute it as much in the winter since we have pretty mild winters here. I dunno about hondas but most older cars I'm pretty sure new fuel lines and viton seals are a good idea. I'd love to be able to get E85 and E98 out here. It would be nice to think that we will see E85 go country wide as easy to get as deisel within our lifetimes, but the more years go by and no more stations popping up I'm thinking that might not be realistic. It's a shame really.

I dont know if it will work for you but its my understanding that people in the megasquirt community are using the mixture sensors from fords and gm's to compensate automaticaly for the ratio. i have not looked into this myself whatsoever but figured id pass it along.

 

yea i've seen that as well. It wont really work with what i mainly use, but for something like megasquirt that supports it its a great idea.
