We were across the street @ BW3's last night and heard a RPM guy leave O'Charlies up Rt. 1 with their cut out open....holy shit that jankes loud.

It literally sucks. We got there at 7, by 9:30 most of our table had gotten their food...some hadn't. I never got my food and we left around 10. It's fucking rediculous.

But...they gave me a $10 gift certificate. I think i'll give it away @ SATS cause i'll never have use for it.

Wow I guess their fvckin shitty service is the same throughout Richmond.

I have been to the one in St Louis and its like night and day. They also have PF Changs and an Ocharlyes in STL too.
