Well I manage for Tuffys. The position would be 15% of total ticket for sure or more depending on experience. There would also be a guarantee depending on experience. All that is negotiable. I am easy to work for and stay out of your way as long as you do good work and hustle when the work is there. I need techs that can handle their own because I am no master tech. I am looking to build a top-notch staff and build a quality cliental. I am honest and fair and want techs who want to stay busy and won’t bitch if I give someone something free or give them a break trying to earn customers for life.
