Looking To Hire ...
As many of you know, i have been in the sign business for 2-3 years now. I am in the process of moving into a new building. My workflow has just taken off and i am currently looking for someone to help with daily production.
Im looking for someone that might have experience with Vinyl Signs and Digital Printing. If you have little or no experience, its not rocket science, and is easy to pick up on. I would also like that person to have knowledge of vector based graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Gerber Omega Composer is a huge plus but not required.
Hourly is negotiable, but you are expected to work for it. This is not a bring your cell phone to work, talk all day, and get paid job. This is my income, and a great opportunity for 1-2 other people. I will provide additional bonuses and incentives if weekly goals are met.

If you have a portfolio of designs, that is a HUGE plus as i would love to put jobs in someone elses hands and say run with it.

damn... I dont live w/o my cell phone. what if i work and only use txt msgs? ;D

You can bring your phone to work ... but by no means can you stand around talking on it and expect to get paid for it. A few minutes here and there are more than understandable, but i HATE when i go places trying to get something done and have to deal with someone who is more interested in their personal conversation on their cell phone than doing their job ... im not a nazi, i just work for my money, and expect the person / people i hire to do the same, i dont think its too much to ask.

haha i was jokin. good luck tho... seems like a nice job. if i wasnt tryin for fulltime at bestbuy i would come work for ya, but i need some ins. and dental... ;D
