Now at the subject thats at hand....Lee jumped right on in and made a comment . Jason replied and his ego was hurt when he was called a douchebag, and he was laughed at. If you hate to be called names, then keep your mouth shut and stay in the back. Don't instigate anything by referring to namecalling and then crying when its done back. He could have easily shut up and let jason go on his rant. But he didn't..he chose to make a comment and got that course of action. Everything has a consequence.

This statement is true but it's also untrue. It's true if you are talking about the same people racing on a highway, racing on the backroads too. However, (i don't speak for kevin b/c I don't know where he drives) But, I know myself personally don't drive on "backroads" where people live or at a high traffic time. Also, a person who knows how to drive and handle their own car is a lot diffrent than some guy who "street races".
When I enter an on ramp I'm expecting to exit it at highway speed. To make someone have to stand on the brakes through a decreasing radius turn when they're trying to enter the highway at speed is completely and totally fucking dumb.
state police=highway. and that is it.
Ok..Nic and Jarrod. I know both of you'll think I am the anti-christ when it comes to anything street racing, but hear me out...
Imagine you are driving home late with your girl friend, or a buddy, or whatever. You decide to take the highway home and end up being blocked by a bunch of idiots that choose to race on your streets. Seconds later cops come and "bust" everyone for street racing. Being that both of you have loud and modified cars, you get tickets even though you were merely trying to get home. That is one of my issues.
The ole "I was just driving by and trying to get home" when you are in a Camaro SS that lumps and a Mustang GT with bigs and littles wont cut it. Neither will my car. It's guilty by association and truly unavoidable. Thats why I chose to get the fuck out of there ASAP and passed all of them and went about my bitness. I later posted this because I figured some of them should be on this board or at least browse it and figured calling their dumbasses out would be fun.
And as always I have never claimed that I've never "played" with my car on a public road...everyone does and that wasnt my point.

And I do see your point... I would have probably posted up too as I have seen a lot of dumb fucks out on the streets... and 99.9% of the time it's teenagers in their sAWeeT honda civic or whatever all riced up... and it pisses me off as well.
I just usually goof on 295 when nobody is around... so that's why I was upset
man this exactly how I would feel....I am anti-street racing as well...its dumb, dangerous and the consequences are expensive or deadly. All my friends do it and they know how I feel but its just to risky man to be doing that shit...to much to loose
Wrong. Drifting has been the gayest form of motorsports for years. My opinion on it is the same now as it was 3 years ago.
And to those who are knocking NASCAR.....just because you have put in a few laps at VIR or wherever, it doesn't make you a "driver". I was never really into nascar, still don't really follow it... but they burn fuel and it involves 4 tires, so I like it... but I have a new respect for what they do lap after lap, inches away from 40 other cars for all those laps. I think if you actually experienced it, you would think a little differently.

yeah drifting is a fad but its a hell of alot more entertainment then NASCAR. The cars are cooler, there is more action, they sound cooler and its not the gayness like NASCAR.....god I hate that racing.
