Evo MR's are a huuuge waste of money as well as dissappointment anyways! They aren't even that fast! I drove one for a while and until the day I did I was wondering how my 1992 Si Prelude VTEC (F22A trans) used to beat them left and right with not too many mods....then I found out they are extremely overrated/overpriced. I wouldn't mind them if they were priced under $23k and driven by people WITH SOME SENSE in them! cocky motherf*cks.

By the way I would much rather choose the route of an NA Honda beater that's faster than a high priced Evo MR. In the Evo's case you do NOT get what you pay for.

I cant say i disagree about some hondas being fast... But finding a group of fast hondas is like finding that 4 leaf clover in an open field... there around but not a shit load of em... we can thank money to hp ratio and stupid movies like F&F for that... lol... I have help biuld a few decent hondas and have other friends that own pretty impressive ones... "EK, H22 boosted (550 hp) DA Boosted (320 Hp) and so forth... As the story can go on and on and on for any make and model... Personally i just dont care for hondas anymore.. I can work on em just dont like em... simple fact of life...

If the owner of the car and yourself enjoyed ragging on an expensive new car that wasn't broken in, obviously the two of you weren't buying the car for longevity and reliability. Must be nice to burn through money like that swapping cars out frequently.

As for the high speed highway action, don't worry, either you or your roommate's time will come with the local PD. It's all fun until you get pulled over and have to hire a lawyer and crap to deal with it. Most people here will agree. They have all done super crazy stuff on the highway and got a lot of enjoyment out of it, and then got nailed doing it and try not to do it anymore (or they do it again and eventually get nailed again and pay very high insurance premiums).
