Has anyone else seen this car? I couldnt tell exactly what it was cause it was dark on Qualla, but I could see the plate. It looked like a 92-93 Honda Accord...I got a good laugh out of it.

he didnt retire...he got me last month.

tried to get me for being to low...but i purposely parked on a hill so he couldnt measure.
tried for my exhaust but its all oem replacement.
got me for window tint......measured at 17% on sides and tint on windshield.




this guy is a fucking tool bag.
