Don't get it, but I'm assuming it's a cop that's hassled everyone under the sun. Around here it was Officer Bates, but I think he's a little slacking in his game or got out.

stopped me once.. gave a warnin for being to low ..i had a whole motor swap in the back of the hatch so it made the car look low .. he just warned me..
