Default Xbox 360 in a car?

Has anyone put a 360 in a car? I keep having fuse problems if its on for more than 5 minutes. Let me know if anyone has successfully installed a 360.

Just the sight of that power brick would scare me off putting a 360 in a car.

You're right at the limit of that fuse it sounds like, and it's blowing once the fuse element is too hot for too long. How did you come up with the fuse rating?

How many watts does the xbox put out? You can get a converter.

the 360 pushes about 160 i believe...the convertor i have is consistent to withstand 200, and maxes out at 400. but its one of those cig lighter convertors...the cig lighter fuse is the one that keeps blowing out...which is why im thinking of amping

Thats odd. Hot wire the converter to the battery call the company and ask them what they think the converter should be fused at.
