Default wheel help?

Ok well I have a 99 civic and im wondering what offset, width, ect to go with

Its a 99 coupe

Im going with a rota grid

I want it to be very flush...so would a 15x6.5 or 7 with a 15 to 20 offset do the trick
If not plz express your opinion

And tire size as well

And also a good site to order from..trying to find white

Thanks guys

grids arent available in that sizing unless you find a set of offroad grids, which arent in production anymore and ive only ever seen them in bronze. if you want a wheel around that size that look for xxr's or if you want the enkei j speeds are nice and come in 15x7 +25
