What do you use to wash the car/truck and dry it?

i bought 3 of the nicest 100% cotton towels(like you use when you get out of the shower) to dry off my car, and i put them directly in the washer when i'm done. never left scratches.

I use a good sheepskin mitt for washing. Mine's lasted me through plenty of washes, just don't buy a crappy one or it'll fall apart and lint all over like the guy up there. For drying, I use waffle-weave microfibers. I prefer them over cotton towels ( which lint like all hell, and also tend to leave swirls ), chamois or "The Absorber" type dealies. A good waffle-weave just holds so much and leaves it swirl-less.
Drying tip : If your paint is cared for like it should be ( waxed ), then when you run a hose without the sprayer nozzle on it down the side, 90% of the water should sheet off. Makes for easy finishing with a waffle-weave.

Mr clean auto car wash, wash it and rinse it, drys with no spots even in the sun. I washed both my SUV's in like 10 mins and the first one was dry before i finished washing the second one.
