just went through all this, im not far from 21 myself and it is a mandatory minimum of 6 month suspended liscense, and i also got hit with 50 hours comm service and 1 yr probation with the charge dropped from the record after 1 yr

ok so seems like everywhere is diffrent....my firend got to choos between community service and license suspension...i dont know i guess ill just kiss ass and hope for the best thanks for all your help....i could only hope it was death penalty!
