Is a T3 turbo bigger than what comes stock in a 2001 GLI?

Could you do something with the turbines to make this turbo an upgrade, or is it not at all worth getting into?

I focus on N/A Hondas and don't know much about boost or anything about VWs.... just to get that out there.
