sup...is there suppose to be air comin of the wastegate(dumptube) during idle??...and is there an after market gasket a can use to put in between the block and my exaust manifold??...if so where can i get it?? and how much do they usually run??...i have a drag manifold..I think that shit is leakin..cuz my car is not boostin at all...last time this happen one of my ic pipes came off but this time all my shit is connected...I just got a new tial wastegate...i dont know if that shit i sdefetive or not...that shit doesnt open..i can red line andstill not get any boost!!!..my shit is drivin me crazy..any help would be appreciated..thansk

 

not supposed to be comin out the wastegate at idle . Check how you hooked up your wastegate ? it could be stuck open

 

i already checked its not stock open...i check all vacuum for leak i didnt see anything..my boost now tho...but doesnt pull as hard...and i still have air comin out of the wastegate at idle..

 

Check the actuator? It might be bad, or connected wrong.

even if the gasket was bad you should still see some boost. if the wastgate is releasing at idel than it must be completely open when you ht boost. get that shit checked.
