Default tune up

Whats up guys. So im about ready to drop the new motor in but want to do a tune before it goes in. I did some searching but wanted to get some input from Vadriven.
What do you guys recommend and use when you do your tune-ups? I have a 93 Integra with a B20, if that matters.
What kind/brand of spark plugs, wires, oil, trans fluid, ect. do you use? I would like to upgrade to more of perfomance stuff instead of using oem honda parts.
Thanks for any input.
