This stereo type is pathetic seeing as how most of you who bashed it for being "Still a Neon" would get worked by it.....

Heres how the race went....

I know Phade personaly we worked togeather at a body shop....He owned one of the first in VA......I took a ride in it a few days after he got it......Neon or not that biatch is bad......Only fault was it had an open Diff.....Which it seems they have fixed now with the "04" commin out...

But ya'll just keep sayin....."Its still a neon" and remeber that shit when you get smoked by one......

 

Neons suck. No matter how quick this little bogger might be. Its STILL A NEON. The Neon is the Pinto of the 90s. The only thing interesting about SRT4s is that the put out a fair amount of power and they are fairly responsive to mods. Everything else about them SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS. Did I make myself clear? Its like Pontiac putting a LS1 in a Aztek it would still suck.

Did you just say it was a pinto of the 90's??? I believe the fastest 4 cylinder pinto right now can beat any supra you have lined up at the strip... If not it should come REALLY close even though it is just a SOHC 4 cylinder in a full body pinto.. I mean, its just a pinto...

I dont know how you can be that ignorant to see a car is able to keep up with most the "performance" cars out there in stock trim and will be easier to mod than say a mustang gt and yet, "its still a neon" ...


I also dont see why how much boost they run are in the equation at the top...

 

I actually like the styling on the srt-4. The seats are nice and so are the gauges. And they sound great too!

 

Yeah, i kinda like the car too. I hate the 1st generation ones though, they were the worst. I used to have to work on the crap piles.

 

19 pounds of boost and only a 12.9?

 

GM did put a 665hp C5-R LS1 in an Aztek, I think its in the most recent edition of motor trend. I would drive that shit any day.
