Default questions about custom turbo

Right now I have a 2000 tiburon, yeah i know that this car is a good a honda. But I found this site www.turbocalculator.com and it has a section on custom turbos, cause unlike everyone else i have to pay bills and I can buy a remanufactured turbo, manifold with either an internal wastegate or external for $599, is this a good deal or what?

which is better internal or external wastegate(35mm or 38mm)?

should i change my pistons to 82mm forged pistons after or before?

or should i go with a decompression plate, if so were can i get one?

and should i change the Intake/Exhaust Camshaft before or after?

BAHAHAHAHAHA. Comparing to a Honda, I don't know what part is funnier.

Don't buy form TurboCalculator, they ripped a friend off pretty badly, and jerked around another friend of mine. Beware.

For the love of god, don't get a decompression plate unless you're also prepared to get a set of adjustable cam gears so you can dial out the added thickness.

There's so much more to it than just slapping on a custom manifold w/ a turbo man. Do you have the necessary fuel? Do you have something to tune with? Can your car even handle much boost?(ie. would it be worth the cost of slapping on a custom setup and only be able to run a few psi for very modest gains at best?). I trust you already have atleast bolt-on's? Think you need to do alot more research on this.

Either way, expect to spend a good bit of cash. Can about guarentee a 599 turbo kit will only lead to failure(odd's are the turbo's garbage, and the manifold will probably crack). In all honesty, a lower-medium end turbo alone will run a couple hundred bucks...not to mention other required parts.
