bump, yeah tell us why? I just got the 337 back today after a week. Not bad I guess considering I've read its taken some people a month.

Lets just say that the owner of a certain callaway rocco and a few other dubs has just started working for CF. I saw your 337 there last week when I dropped off my tranny parts so they could be assembled

Well, someone needs to get rid of the service manager at Checkered Flag. My friend just went in to get a failed coilpack on his 1.8T looked at. They said they have to hook up the VAG1552 to diagnose, but since he had an aftermarket stereo, he would have to fork over $70 to have them remove it before they could scan the ECU! WTF?!?!

He ended up taking his car to Greenbrier and Dave is gonna help him out!

Even if the stereo does prevent the ECU from being scanned (sounds pretty silly to me!), it doesn't take an hour to remove a deck!

One time when Sonny went to check the codes with the VAGcom he blew a fuse on the Vag and it was due to the stereo/amp setup. If I remember correctly he ended up disconnecting the stereo/amp and had no problems.
