Hey everyone, just had a question for a friend. Him and his family is thinking about buying a new car. They're deciding between a 2008 WRX Wagon or a 2008 Civic Si 4-door. Just wondering if any of you have any experience with any of these cars, to see which one would be better for him to purchase. O_o

Depends on what they are looking for. If I am not mistaking then I've heard around that there is a waiting list for the new Si's , hopefully someone can clear that right or wrong. If waiting isn't a deterrent then that car over the Subaru IMO.

 

actually, I believe you're right...because he told me he couldn't find an Si around here in Richmond...so far they've only test-drove the wrx...his wife was impressed but he himself is pretty loyal to Honda's so he's waiting to see if he could find an Si.

Wrx = AWD...fun!!! but the civic, you get honda reliability and a 100K mile warranty i believe...

 

yea, that's what I told him...and with winter comin up and all...but yes, Honda's are damn reliable and cost less to maintain... hah, I think I'll just tell him to get the Si lol...
