Default parking ticket.
i came home from work today and i had a parking ticket on my accord.
i know i deserved the ticket for not having license plates on it (cops took them a week ago and its been sitting outisde since)
but how does they know the car is registered to me if there were no tags?

but see heres the thing.. its a wierd situation buuuuttt tachnically its not even registered to anyone... i know its wierd. i just have the title and just bought it and havent gotten it registered...
