what a waste of fucking money..... Why would you put a turbo kit on a RS or GS eclipse? Insted of spending 3500+ for a turbo kit say fuck it. go to Noyans or a junk yard and get a 4g63T for 800-1300 for the motor and then just get a ecu and wiring harness and get there trans 350-500 and save your self some money. Now you have a motor that capable of holding ALOT more boost then a gs or rs motor any day of the week. Now save up drop 2 g's in to the 4g and go have fun.

 

i think he bought the car with the turbo already on it. not sure if he added it afterwards.

 

If it was just that easy many people would have been doing it already.
But you knew that already. Cheaper just depends on if you can do all that work yourself. It has been done...but not that much....and they all bitched about how much a PITA it was to do. No saying you are wrong...just saying in general.

but why do anything to any car...reguardless of engine or car type??? because they want to. because it's what they have at the time.
because they like the challenge who knows...but to each their own I say.

 

wtf? that must mean my car is hella slow cuz i couldnt keep up with this eclipse. maybe its been going to shit cuz last time i tried to keep up was like last yr.

 

the car was already turbo my bro doesnt want to spend anymore money, and honestly night, i'd take the 240 over the eclipse as well it has way more potential than this particular car

 

u could also get a transgo shift kit, it made a pretty big deal in the way mine shifted, cheap too it was like 17 shipped from transgo.com i think
